Delete my account
How to permanently remove your Oceally account and data.
From the app
Open Oceally, go to Profile → Account → Delete my account, and confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
By email
If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@oceally.com from the address linked to your account and we will process the deletion.
What gets deleted
Your account identifier, your subscriptions, shared-payment information and any profile data. This action is irreversible.
