How Oceally handles your data — in plain language.
Our approach
Oceally is designed to work with as little personal data as possible. Your subscription data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not run ads and we never sell your data.
Data we process
Account identifier (via Sign in with Apple), the subscription information you add or import, and anonymous, aggregated usage analytics that help us improve the app. Bank details (IBAN/BIC) you enter for shared payments are stored in the secure Keychain on your device.
Magic Import
When you use Magic Import, the content you provide (photo, PDF or email) is processed to detect subscriptions. It is used only for that purpose and is not retained beyond what is needed to return a result.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by writing to privacy@oceally.com. You can delete your account and all associated data from the app or the “Delete my account” page.
