Magic Import auto-detects subscriptions from: a camera photo, a gallery screenshot, a scanned document, a PDF bank statement, or your Gmail inbox. Recognized services are suggested — you just confirm. Requires Pro.
Oceally reads only emails that may contain subscription info (receipts, invoices, renewal notices). Email content is never stored, shared, or used for anything other than identifying subscriptions. You can revoke Gmail access anytime from Google Account settings.
Use Manual entry to add any subscription with a custom name, logo, price, billing frequency, and renewal date.
Willy AI
Willy is Oceally's AI assistant (powered by Anthropic Claude). He identifies underused subscriptions, detects duplicates, suggests cheaper plans, recommends annual plans, and estimates savings. Requires Pro (200 requests/month).
200 requests per calendar month with Pro. Once reached, access resumes on the 1st of next month. Unused requests don't roll over.

Friends & Sharing
Open any subscription, go to the Sharing section, add friends, and set each person's share. Oceally tracks what each person owes you.
Oceally generates a SEPA QR code for each person. They scan it with their banking app to pay directly — no need to share bank details manually. Works with most European banks.
Yes. From a person's detail page, tap "Request global reimbursement" for a single QR code covering all shared subscriptions.

Unlimited subscriptions, Willy AI (200 req/mo), Magic Import, advanced analytics, premium widgets, multi-device sync, complete history, advanced alerts, friends sharing, CSV export, and early access to new features.
Go to iPhone Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Oceally Pro → Cancel. Cancel at least 24h before renewal to avoid being charged.
Open Oceally → Profile → tap "Restore purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

No, but signing in (Apple or Google) enables cloud sync, multi-device support, and Pro features. Sign in with Apple is recommended for maximum privacy.
Sign in with the same account — Oceally will reload your data from the cloud. Data stored without an account cannot be recovered after reinstalling.
Alerts & Widgets
Go to the Alerts tab to enable notifications 1 day and/or 3 days before each renewal.
Long press your home screen → tap + → search "Oceally" → choose widget size. Requires Pro.
