Oceally is developed and operated by Devside SRL. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our iOS application. By using Oceally, you agree to the practices described here.
Account data — name, email, authentication provider ID (Apple/Google), Firebase User ID.
Subscription data — names, amounts, renewal dates, categories, notes you enter.
Anonymous analytics — Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for app improvement (no personal identification).
We use your data exclusively to manage and display your subscriptions, sync across devices, send renewal reminders, and improve app performance. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data is stored locally on your device, in iCloud (if sync enabled), and in Firebase Firestore for account/sync. Only you can access your Firestore data.
When you authorize Gmail access, Oceally reads only emails that may contain subscription information (receipts, invoices, renewal notices). Gmail data is used exclusively to detect and import subscriptions. Oceally does not modify, send, or delete emails. Email content is never stored, shared, or used for advertising. Access can be revoked anytime via Google Account settings.
Oceally's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used to train AI models.
Willy AI processes limited subscription data to generate insights. Requests are designed to minimize personal information.
Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Google Gmail API, Anthropic Claude API.
HTTPS communications, authentication controls, Face ID/Touch ID protection, cloud security rules, and industry-standard practices. No method is 100% guaranteed.
We retain data as long as necessary to provide services. Account deletion removes personal data within a reasonable period.
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data. Revoke Gmail access anytime via Google settings. See our account deletion page.
Oceally is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be communicated through the app.
