By downloading, installing, or using Oceally, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, please do not use the app.
Oceally is an iOS subscription tracking app: list and manage subscriptions, import via multiple sources, visualize spending, anticipate renewals, and receive AI-powered advice from Willy.
Oceally grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use the app commercially without written consent.
Pro is billed annually at $3.99/year through your Apple ID. It auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage via iPhone Settings → Your name → Subscriptions.
Pro includes 200 Willy requests per calendar month. Unused requests don't roll over. Willy's recommendations are informational only — not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Willy's output.
Oceally may display third-party brand names and logos for identification. These belong to their owners. Oceally has no affiliation with them unless explicitly stated. To request removal: nologo@oceally.com.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Oceally does not guarantee the accuracy of prices, dates, or third-party service conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
All elements of Oceally — name, logo, design, features — are the exclusive property of Oceally and protected by intellectual property laws.
Oceally may suspend or delete accounts for fraud, abuse, circumvention of limits, or violation of these Terms, without notice when security requires it.
Data is processed per our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR provisions.
You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation is managed through Apple App Store. No refund for the current period unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
